The Shamrock’s attitude about food is the same as its attitude about beer. Chef Gordon Cossar (a.k.a. Chef Gordo) uses only the freshest ingredients and everything is house-made, including our salad dressings and desserts. Simply put, we serve the kind of food we want to eat…and of course we cook with our beer. Something that good cannot be reserved entirely for drinking!
Chef Gordo serves a variety of Irish pub fare and American cuisine, including fish & chips, beer braised Irish pot roast, Irish boxty, and of course, corned beef and cabbage. Don’t miss our Irish cheese ale soup, clam chowder, fresh salads, creative sandwiches and delicious entrees. Chef Gordo’s daily fresh specials are always hearty and creative. For dessert don’t miss our signature Bread Pudding with Irish cream sauce!
